We rent our house in the heart of the village of Saint Chaffrey, in the Serre Chevalier resort.
The house is located 20 meters from the shuttle stop that leads to the foot of the slopes!
Typical village house, rated 2 stars by the tourist office. This 200m² house, spread over two floors, has been fully renovated and comprises a 45m² main room including a living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms plus a sleeping alcove, and a large 32m² games room (screen TV and DVD player; board games, etc.).
Ideal for 2 families.
2 separate toilets, 3 shower rooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Ski room (boot dryer; 4 large sleds available) and in the living room a pellet stove for comfort and ambiance.
Wi-Fi; fully equipped open kitchen with 2 raclette machines and 2 fondue machines.

The house is accessible without a car from Briançon train station and Oulx TGV station (shuttle stop 20 meters away).
The village grocery store is a 1-minute walk away, and access to the slopes is possible via the shuttle bus (20 meters away) in 10 minutes.
With 250 km of slopes, Serre Chevalier Vallée is the leading non-linked ski area in France. Slopes suitable for all skill levels, from valley skiing to skiing through larch forests, and high-mountain atmospheres with renowned off-piste areas, give this resort a sporty and fun character.
Saint-Chaffrey is a commune in the Hautes-Alpes department, part of the Serre-Chevalier ski area. You can admire the splendid panorama and enjoy Savoyard cuisine. The commune is renowned for the bell tower of the Catholic Church of Saint-Chaffrey and the Saint Arnould Chapel, both listed as historical monuments!
