This beautiful chalet in Touloun is ideal for a memorable holiday with family or friends.
This large, double chalet offers a generous west wing comprising a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, perfect for entertaining. A family room dedicated to television, equipped with a table and additional chairs, completes this welcoming living space.
You will be captivated by the magnificent south and west facing view, offering a unique panorama of the surrounding ski slopes.
The sleeping area is designed to offer comfort and privacy to each of the 12 travelers. The bedroom has a 160x200 bed, while a second bedroom offers a 160x190 bed.
For added flexibility, a third bedroom accommodates two single beds in 80x190, which can be converted into a double bed in 160x190.
Two additional bedrooms are perfectly equipped for families or groups, each including a single bed (80x190) and a bunk bed with two single beds (80x190). A folding cot for a baby (126 x 65 x 76 cm) is also available.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The chalet is perfectly equipped for a stress-free stay.
You will have 5 bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The modern kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and even a raclette grill for your mountain evenings.
For your convenience, a washing machine is located in the room under the stairs, alongside the cleaning equipment (central vacuum system) and baby equipment.
An iron and a hairdryer are also included.
Please note that Wifi is available, but pets are not allowed in the establishment.
The outdoor spaces invite relaxation. You will enjoy a shaded garden on one level, bordered to the north by a charming little canal.
The terrace and balcony will allow you to enjoy the mountain air, while using the barbecue as well as the tables, chairs and parasols provided for your outdoor meals.
For your parking needs, a private car park is available on site. It can accommodate 3 vehicles in winter and up to 5 vehicles during the summer season.
The location is a major advantage: the shuttle stop for the ski lifts is just 400 meters away. You'll be staying near Serre-Chevalier, the major winter sports resort in the Southern Alps. Don't miss the town of Briançon and its magnificent fortresses. For those who enjoy driving, Italy is less than half an hour away, as are the legendary Lautaret and Galibier mountain passes.

To reach the slopes, a shuttle is available about 400 meters on foot from the chalet, dropping you off directly at the start of the ski lifts.
