The elevator is available up to the 4th floor then a staircase to access the top floor.
It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, a kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker, etc., a bathroom and separate toilet, a bedroom with two single beds which can be adapted into a 160x190 double bed, a south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain views.
Private parking is available right at the foot of the residence.
